PHEDORA – THE SPIRE
Phedora was formed in 2011, being an idea sparked off by Łukasz Kaźmierczak. In 2015 the band recorded their debut album “The House of Ink”, which has been highly acclaimed by the fans and media, both Polish and foreign ones. After three years, Phedora is back in the game with new, even more refined sound and musical ideas. Phedora’s brand new album “The Spire” consists of 14 well honed compositions. The album listeners may witness the story of Raziel, the Angel of Mysteries, who embarks on a journey through the whole world to see if the people – for whom he once sacrificed himself – were worth his pain and misery. The first official single from “The Spire” – “Hurt You”, was released in 5/12/2018, along with the official music video created by the world-renowned Grupa 13. The production company is known mainly for their cooperation with groups like: Behemoth, Kreator, Powerwolf, Amon Amarth or Decapitated. Along with the album preorder announcement, Phedora released the second single – “Cut Me Open”, accompanied with a stunning lyric video.
Phedora consequently forges ahead with an ultimate aim of bringing down the boundaries between Polish and foreign music. The fans will be able to see Phedora live during the 2019 Spring tour. The shows will take place mainly in Poland, but the talks about Phedora spreading their music on foreign stages are still on. The album cover was created in cooperation with All4Band studio.
“The Spire” is launching in 31.01.2019. It is going to be available in every good music store in Poland, streaming services (Spotify, iTunes, Tidal etc.) and YouTube. “The Spire” is officially published by Menago company, known also for working with bands like: Łydka Grubasa, Hope or Trzynasta w Samo Południe.
